Their techs have been courteous, well mannered and a pleasure to work with. These guys were able to diagnose the issue with me over the phone and showed up with the parts. Amazing! These guys Rock!

New Life was recommended to me by the building manager. Called and initially got voice mail, but Steve responded promptly and professionally to let me know he was familiar with the building and its systems, and would be able to make the diagnosis and likely repair the system same day. Called back a few hours later to let me know the service was completed, that only an electrical solenoid needed replacement at this time. Cost $132 total for parts, labor, and service call. I subsequently recommended New Life to a friend who was also having AC trouble and she too was pleased with the service.

He was able to repair my A/C unit after four or five different companies told me that I needed a new $5,000.00 unit. He is honest telling you what you need; only performing work that is necessary. He is friendly, honest, efficient and reasonable I will continue to use him.
