Steve came out & surveyed our property, then made several suggestions. He was aware of the limitations the city had, and incorporated that into his recommendations. We agreed upon a set of signs, and equally agreed that I would self-install them (money has been tight). A few days later, Steve dropped the signs off, and they were EXACTLY as ordered. Exactly what we wanted, exactly when promised, for exactly the price estimated. You can't beat that!
