They did an amazing job on everything! They are trustworthy. Didn't have to supply anything they were ready to go on there own. Price was reasonable. I would high recommend them!!

It was wonderful and perfectly done as it always is. I have used them for years and I would never ever hire anyone else. There is nothing they do not do well. They are always fully prepared, on time, and waste no time getting the job done. The house is so clean and beautiful when they are done, it always feel like a brand new home. There prices are very reasonable when you see the incredibly good and careful work they do, there is nobody else that even comes close to the quality of work they do,  and the expertise they have. I feel so lucky that I found them, and I used Angie's list. Ever since then I always use Angie's list. I wish there was a higher grade I could give them because they are way above an A++

They do everything well and I feel like I am having my friends and valued guests come in when they arrive. They are not just Florida's best cleaning team they are all very smart, very nice, and a pleasure to be around

They clean every inch of the kitchen, do all the floors, the laundry room, both bedrooms and both full bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and patio,  and when they finish every room is immaculate and shiny clean and everything looks brand new.

They are the best ever. wonderful people and they do a wonderful job at a great price, I do not know what I would do without them because after you experience their service using anyone else would never compare and never be as good.

Let me say, I am a big-time skeptic. I don't like the idea of and quot;peopleand quot; being in my house and I surely don't trust them to be there. I've also had so many contractors/companies quote one thing and then come in higher, that I run scared of cost overuns and up-selling. Still, I wanted my house cleaned. These guys were incredible!
They:
1. returned my calls
2. showed up when they said they would
3. did the work themselves
4. are presentable
5. are clean
6. are local
7. brought everything they needed with them
8. respected my belongings
9. were friendly with my dog
10. dusted (EVERY single flat surface)
11. mopped and vacuumed the floors
12. vacuumed every rug and my carpets
13. picked up toys
14. moved furniture to get under, around and behind things
15. wiped down and cleaned all my appliances
16. emptied every garbage can
17. straightened up my magazines!
18. vacuumed under the beds!
19. stole NOTHING (sorry, felt I had to say it)
20. packed up everything they brought, along with all my filth and left.
Color me impressed. My place looks and smells great. I feel like I got an absolute bargain. Kinda life affirming. These folks are the real deal! I paid them and thanked them for their service. Will call back and put together a schedule.

It was perfect. They are without question the best, most effective, most hardworking, nicest, most professional, most honest cleaning service in the world. I would never use anybody else ever. Your house will never be as clean as these wonderful people make it. You really don't know what clean is until you use them. They do it all, they do it well and they do it promptly and quickly. The Best of the Best, without question. To top it off they are all really nice, friendly, smart people.

We called Mary six times over three days. She returned one call at our office on a phone number we never gave her. We were unavailable to take her call but within 20 minutes we called her back. Our return call, as usual, was funneled to her voice mail. It's been three additional days and we haven't heard a peep. Professionalism and courtesy dictates a return call to thank the client for their interest but unfortunately I'm booked solid and unavailable to take any further business, which we're assuming is her situation. This woman's approach to running a business is extremely arrogant.

I've been looking for this type of service for the better part of 10 years - finally, a dedicated team - not new faces every visit. The Naturally Clean team showed up on the scheduled date, on time and ready to get to work. And they surely did work - my house had been very neglected for some time - they gave us back our home. Everything sparkled, felt clean and fresh - my patio sliders have never been so clean! I scheduled my next appointment for later this month, and I plan to get into 3-week rotation. Mary, her husband, and their associate are very professional, warm and genuine as well. They surely understand customer service and take great pride in a job well done.

She is a very good communicator. I checked out her references and all was good.

Naturally Clean has been cleaning our house for 6+ years. They do a great job and are very kind and trustworthy! They are a small family business where the owners do the cleaning themselves. Every now and then I ask if they can change their cleaning date or time and they have always made it work with a and quot;no problemand quot; attitude. My husband and I love coming home on cleaning days because everything is spotless and fresh! They especially do a great job with wood floors. I highly recommend this company!

Naturally Clean has been cleaning my home for several years now and they are as good today as the first day that they came. Other house cleaners that I have had in the past would slack off as time went by. They have always gone above and beyond my cleaning expectations - they leave my home looking and smelling so clean. I have never had any incidents - nothing broken - if anything they have fixed a few things for me (a loose bath sink faucet, etc.) I know I can depend on them to show up every other week without fail and I trust them in my home completely. They are not only professional, but also genuinely nice people - the kind you want working in your home.

I first found out about Naturally Clean through Angie's List. Nobody compares to these guys. They come with a three man team and they do a really great job. I give them an "A+++" for the quality of their work. You could eat of the floor after they leave. They leave the condo so clean!

I hired Naturally Clean to clean my parents' condo for them and chose them based on the feedback here. Without having read any previous postings, when I asked parents if they were pleased, they echo'ed what was said here almost verbatim. Thorough job, on time, very professional, and detailed. I think they kind of got a kick out of the team being so organized - tackling the condo like a well-rehearsed drill team. They were very impressed with the service and will continue using them bi-weekly. I priced similar service before-hand and found a couple for a few dollars less but you get what you pay for and for consistent quality and dependability, I think its well worth it. I've had both high quality and "eh" experiences with other cleaning services - this company was just what I was hoping to find.

First, Mary and Cheryl are LOVELY. They are so sweet and kind and personable. They were able to schedule me in right away after another company had to cancel. The ladies asked if I wanted a deep clean and I said I didn't think so, but they proceeded to do a very thorough cleaning job! I was very happy with their services. Will definitely have them back. Price was great, and they said they would charge less for future cleanings, after doing the first thorough cleaning. A+ service.

Best cleaning job I have ever seen. The place looks, smells, and feels cleaner and fresher than the day it was built. These folks are so good, they could charge twice what they do and I would still feel i got a great deal. They are truly wonderful. It is hard to believe it is the same place, after the super job they did. I will use them forever. Everything was done to the highest standard. I thank them for such outstanding work. I know it was a hard job.

Great-- Mary was extremely understanding with scheduling conflicts (on my part). On date and time agreed, she showed up with two other workers who stayed focused and worked diligently until job was complete. I love companies who take pride in their work, and Naturally Clean does so with good reason!

Prompt response to my phone call, made appt for date that worked for us both. Three people arrived, worked from start to finish, different rooms so no down-time with talking, etc. Very focused on the task, each person seemed to know exactly what to do with the directions given. There was no wasted time at all and the job that was done was superb. Gave me time to "review" work before they left.

I had grandiose plans of trying to tackle our house, since we had ignored basic housecleaning for months. Being 9 months pregnant, I quickly determined this was not an option for me. I had never used a cleaning service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew that at least I needed to address our two "FILTHY" bathrooms. I did initially have some difficulty contacting them. I recommend you try both numbers listed. I know how finicky some cell services can be. Anyway, they (typically work in teams of 2 or 3) arrived close to the time promised. They were running slightly late but did call to see if it was a problem- very professional. Once they arrived they did much more than I expected. We have lots of clutter. I tried to move as much of it out of the way as possible. Much to my delight, they did lots of lifting for me. They even pulled items from under our bed in order to address the pet hair tumbleweeds rolling about the house. Plus the bathrooms look fabulous! Having help with my pregnancy "nesting" was much appreciated. I'd recommend them.

They arrived on time and finished in the time frame I was told. They were professional and very friendly.

I called and left a message and Mary called me back same day. Made an appointment to come see the house that night. Mary and Cheryl arrived early and immediately impressed me as very nice and hard working. They are also dog people which is important in my house. Gave them some general instructions and agreed to start two weeks later (today). I came home at lunch today and found them all hard at work. All instructions were remembered. Came home after work to a nice clean home with notes. Very thorough. Will have them every other week.

Mary returned my call the same day and set up my one time house-cleaning for 4 days later. She quoted a rate of $75/hr for 3 people with an estimated cleaning time of 2 hours. On the day of my appt, she called to say they were running long at another appt. and gave me the option of rescheduling: I chose to have the cleaning done. Mary and Cheryl arrived at the new time, toured with me to see what I wanted done, and went straight to work. The two of worked for the next 3 hours non-stop! When they were done, Mary said since it was only two of them cleaning, the rate would be $50/hr. She then tried to discount that since they went over the estimated time! My house looks great, and at a very reasonable price! I'm going to have them come back every two weeks to keep my ''new look''.

Mary and Cheryl and Michelle are always very nice and accommodating. They are always very prompt and have never cancelled on me. (I have been using them for over a year, but this is the first report.) They follow directions very well. I left them a list a mile long and they did it all with a great attitude. I totally trust them with our home and belongings. I will continue to use them for all my housecleaning needs and also continue to refer them to friends and family. Top notch service. A++
