Superb. I love my Macs but no computer is perfect. The 1st person who came out cost me a fortune and I still had the same problems when he left. So I hunted around and found Neil's business card at the computer store in Tampa. I called him, he came out and fixed it the first time. Piece of cake. AND...he showed me some things I can do myself to maintain my Mac and my data and some troubleshooting tips too! So I guess this makes him a great teacher as well. And you know what they say: "Knowledge is power." Neil's great!

NEIL WAS VERY POLITE AND ARRIVED ON TIME. HE QUICKLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. TECHNICIANS THAT SPECIALIZE IN APPLE COMPUTER PRODUCTS ARE HARD TO FIND. I WILL USE HIS SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
