When I first called MJ's Home and Lawn Care Services, the owner answered my call right away and set up services for me within a few days. We had agreed that my payment would be placed in my mailbox for his lawn team to collect after the job. His team never collected the payment. I called the owner to touch base about the payment and the service schedule, but he never picked up. I kept the payment in my mailbox for 3 more weeks, not knowing if or when his team would ever return because he did not answer any of my five subsequent attempts to contact him. This business does not deserve an A rating, plain and simple.

It has been a great experience. I have them at 2 properties ongoing on a monthly or bi-monthly rate. They are very prompt calling me back. They are very polite, courteous and make sure to clean up after themselves.

Punctual and excellent service. Very pleased with the finished product.

At the beginning, Rand D did a complete yard cleanup for a set fee. They did a great job, however, one of the items on the list wasn't done. So I called Rocky and he came out and did it, no problem. So, I hired them for regular, every 2 week, service. This company, Rocky, in particular, is doing a great job, is very responsive whenever I call and the yard is looking about as good as it can, without spending big money.

I paid $25 a month. I was pleased with that. He did a good job and he was good. The price was fair. He worked out in the heat and it was something I didn't want to do. I will absolutely hire him again; I just don't need him right now.
