Misti Kehoe - RE/MAX Metro

What can I say? Misti was my realtor when I purchased a condo. Misti did it all--and then some! When looking at properties, she was able to advise me on price (but only if asked), neighborhoods, renovation costs (if needed) and anything else. I can't stress enough how well she knows her business! And how hard she works for you!! She also explains and answers any questions you might have. But there's more--in my case the lender really screwed up right before closing. It was Misti who figured out the issue and solved it--when it should have been the lender! I can't thank her enough! And on top of that, she is a blast to be around! When you're working with someone so closely, as you do when house shopping, you want an expert in the field, someone you can trust-- and what a bonus if she makes the process fun! She offers all of that!

Our whole experience was great! Misti has a great re pore with her colleagues & associates. This certainly mattered when she negotiated on our behalf. Moreover, Misti has a great sense of humor, and is amicable, responsive, honest, professional, & knowledgeable. She knows this area of Tampa Bay (St Petersburg, FL) very well & she listened to what we wanted. She also showed initiative & shared ideas, which helped to widen our scope in our search for properties in the are. We would not hesitate to recommend Misti Kehoe and we intend to seek her services again in the very near future!

After talking to and interviewing several area realtors and I could not find the right person for me. I checked Angies list and saw the review for Misti, she came to my home fully prepared will all the information for me to review about local sales, listings, costs, all my questions were answered. I knew immediately she was the right person to handle my house. She sold my house in 2 days,. What could have been stressful and difficult was easy and fun. I cannot say enough good things about Misti. She is professional, always on schedule and extremely knowledgeable. She had people with skills needed to take care of some repairs that were needed. Everything was taken care of for me.

We were referred to Misti Kehoe by another couple who were very complimentary about her services.  The consumate professional, Misti, as a matter of routine, provided us with a service level far beyond our expectations.  First, she is a responsive listener, and worked tirelessly to show us homes meeting our very specific requests.  As out-of-towners looking to relocate, we had myriad questions about the area, the state of the market, local real estate codes, taxes, etc., etc.  Misti's extensive knowledge and experience served us well.  Questions she couldn't answer immediately were always answered within a day.  And, Misti has an enormous network of resources which she leverages to her clients' benefit.  A bonus, Misti's upbeat attitude kept us on track.  She's the ultimate diplomat.  Our time in the area was limited; so we were forced to leave before finding our new home.  We trusted Misti who, following our departure, continued to search for property for us, taking pictures and ferreting out the information we needed to make a decision long distance.  We successfully closed on a property due only to Misti's efforts.  As you can imagine, Misti is a very busy realtor; so we were lucky to snag her. 

We looked at numerous houses before finding one in the location I wanted and at a price that was not ridiculous.
