Ricky Benito, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. We battled with extreme soil erosion from a leaky county sewer drain and broken irrigation lines. The damage was very extensive and over whelming. Our driveway pavers collapsed into sink holes as well as the entire front lawn. Once the leaking was finally repaired. Ricky personally reviewed our mess. He put us at ease with his professionalism and knowledge of the required repairs. He immediately addressed our paver and lawn and quickly completed it. His pricing was extremely reasonable. Looks great!! Thank You.

Within 10 days of installation, the yard was almost completely destroyed because of worm and fungal infestation. It spread to neighboring yards and other landscaping. The damage is, and remains, extensive. I contacted them for help and they told me that I was on my own and hung up on me.

The team who cuts the grass, weeds and trim do a great job...I just have a problem when leaving a message no one calls back.
I understand they are very busy, but still!

I stopped by their offices to speak to someone about ordering pallets of sod so that my wife and I could do the installation ourselves. The woman in the office gave me pricing on the different varieties available and took my information to have someone contact me for a more specific estimate. When Ricky contacted me to set up a time for him to come by I explained our situation and that we were trying to get a new lawn installed before our son's birthday party as cheaply as possible. He came out to our house, discussed where we would be needing the sod, gave his opinion on removing a few bushes and plants that would give us trouble in the future and gave us 2 quotes. The first quote was just for sod delivery so that we could do the rest of the work ourselves, the second quote was to have them do all the work (removal of plants, old grass, leveling and installing the new sod). After doing the rest of the math ourselves, my wife and I decided that it was more cost effective to have Millennium install our new lawn. I called Ricky back to set up a time to have them do the installation and he said they would be there later that week to get it done. We happened to have awful rainy weather the 2 days they were supposed to work at our house, but they were still able to get all of the work done when they said they would while working around the storms. I recommend Millennium to anyone that mentions they are thinking about getting sod. Ricky and his team did an outstanding job and really took pride in their work and level of customer service.

I found out about this company by my tree guy. I called them and we got it on the calendar and they were here within 2 days to do the job. My only complaint is the language barrier with the workers. The only one who could speak English was the supervisor. I appreciate their service and I will use them again in the future.
