Mr. Koshler is a really nice man. I called him 3/7/13 for an estimate and he came 3/8/13 and built the masonry wall. He did a wonderful job and it looks really nice.

Wow, quick response and a great job! I was having a paver driveway installed when the excavator found a stump. In removing the stump (big, very big), the sidewalk was destroyed. Craig was in the neighborhood when I called, stopped by 20-minutes later, and started work the next morning. His crew had all been with him for 15+ years and were nice guys. Good price and nice people. Can't ask for more.

Excellent work. Craig was quick to respond to my call for a quote and get things on his calendar. Despite rain issues, he got the job done and even took the time to make the finished product match the existing driveway. A great job from beginning to end.

Arrived to quote the project within the time given. Provided a quote before leaving. They tied both pads into the existing structure using 3/4" rebar and wire mesh reinforcement. They laid the forms and cleaned up the areas before leaving. They arrived promptly for the concrete pouring and cleaned up completely after the forms were removed. The quality of both pads has exceeded our expectations. I was somewhat apprehensive about this project because it is a small job at a low price and I wondered if the contractor would give it proper attention. He did and then some.

I couldn't be happier. Craig was very professional with an incredible sense of detail. He followed every detail of my architect's plan, and was patient enough to explain everything to me. His crew was fast, efficient and accurate. They had the whole job done in about 2 weeks. Craig called in all the inspections, and already had a good reputation with the inspectors. His crew worked very hard. They had to remove a lot of existing concrete and dig some pretty deep holes for some porch column footers. I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend Craig for any and all concrete work. I had 3 estimates, and his was very competitive. He was also the fastest to return an estimate. I felt the most comfortable with his expertise. I'm planning on having him back in a few months to pour a new driveway for me.

THE CONTRACTOR RESPONDED TO MY BID REQUEST QUICKLY, AND STARTED THE WORK IN A REASONABLE TIME. MY BIGGEST CONCERN AT THE OUTSET WAS PRECISION, AS THE MASONRY WOULD BE THE FOUNDATION OF ALL OTHER WORK TO THE HOME ADDITION. I WAS PLEASED TO FIND THE WORK WAS VERY ACCURATE, AND FOLLOWED EVERY DETAIL OF MY FOUNDATION PLAN. MY FRAMER COMMENTED ON THE ACCURACY OF THE WORK. THE CREW WORKED EVERY DAY UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. THE CREW WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PATIENT AROUND MY FAMILY. ALL MASONRY DEBRIS WAS PICKED UP EVERY DAY AND AT THE END OF THE JOB, THE SITE WAS CLEAN. THIS WAS A JOB WELL DONE.
