Wonderful! I have a tenant in the property and they coordinated with the tenant to access the property and called me for authorization of work prior to performing the work.

I had a 14 Year Old 10 SEER Trane System that was very Loud and Very Inefficient and replaced it with a 18 SEER Bryant Evolution Extreme System. He and his employee arrived on time, the were both very clean cut and respectful. They did a Beautiful Job and left their work area clean just as they found it. I would definately recommend him and his company to my closest Friend and Family Members! I cannot wait to see the savings on my Electric Bill!!!!

My first experience with Martin was in August 2008. I was in a condo on the third floor with a long-haired dog. Th A/C stopped blowing cold air. I did the usual things, looking for overflow water in the A/C unit or frozen unit. All was fine. Not knowing where to turn, I found Martin on the internet , took a chance and called. This was on a Saturday. He was concerned about temperature in the condo and said he had to be at his son's baseball game in 2 hours, but he could be there in 30 minutes to assess the situation. I agreed.
He came at the time he promised. He found that the coolant was low. He said this was probably due to a leak. He said he provide a short term fix by filling up the coolant and then come back during the week to implement the long-term fix of fixing the leak. I agreed. He filled up the coolant, made sure the air was blowing cool. The dog and I were fine.
He came back during the week. He found the source of the issue and fixed it.
However, a month later, I realized we had not been billed. I called him and he replied, and quot;don't worry. we'll get to it. I know where you live. I am more concerned that you are satisfied with the service. Is everything working?and quot;
I was flabbergasted! He was more concerned about my welfare than his bill! I will never call anyone else! Since then he has performed all my A/C services.

After the inspection he said he had to go back to his office to get prices and would forward estmate to me. This was on 7/23/12. On 7/25 I emailed to see if estimate was ready. No response. On 7/26 I left a voicemail saying I was still waiting for the estimate. Please call back. No response. One more email and phone call the following week to this company, and still no response. It is now 8/812, and no word from this company.
This is how they tell you they aren't interested in helping you, even though you come highly recommended from the mold remediation company.

The fan stopped working on Saturday morning. I called Martin and he answered the phone while out of town camping. He offered to find another technician that was in town. He also offered to come over Sunday afternoon when he returned. I decided to wait until Sunday afternoon.
He arrived at the time he said he would. Went through his diagnostics and found the problem. He took the time to show me the problem. He didn't have the part so he came back Monday and replaced the part. Everything is working fine since.
This is the second time I've used his services and have been happy both times. I also purchased his annual maintenance agreement for $139 I believe. It includes two checkups, and a discount on labor and parts should something break.
I've had to call him a few times. He always answers the phone. Is professional and easy to work with.

I needed a 20 year old heat pump replaced with something current and Martin was one of 5 contractors to bid. Martin came out and look at what I had and made suggestions of what was needed and submitted a bid. A week later I called him back and he was hired. His team and him was out on the day they said they would come and removed both the interior and exterior units, placed in the new products, cleaned up after themselves and insured I knew how to run my new heat pump.
