About us
We have 23 employees working for us, who are all licensed, bonded, insured, have nationwide background search, and carry worker's comp. We come ready to clean! With our very own 100% green clean chemicals and EPA Certified disinfectants, we also bring our own vacuums, rags, mop poles, and mop pads. We charge by hour @ $55hr Monday-Thursday and $60hr Saturday -Sunday for one tech (Bill in 15 minute increment) All active military, vets, & seniors get 10% everyday. A $25 Travel charges apply for some areas. Extra charge for after hours service applies.

Maid to Order is a very professional House Cleaning Service and does an Exceptional job cleaning our home. The make their own cleaning supplies and everything is natural so I don't have to worry about chemicals being used in our home. They do a great job, the house is so clean and smells so fresh. They are always on our schedule to return and do a great job. Thanks :)

I have used Maid to Order sine 2018 to clean my vacation rentals. Each of my rentals is cleaned between 3-8 times per month. Maid to Order also does all of the laundry services for my properties. The best thing about Maid to Order is that they are easy to work with and if random things happen they will always make things right. They have given me the ability to have 100% 5-star reviews on all my properties for cleanliness. This is a big deal to super hosts like me. They pay special attention to my expensive white sheets and make sure to take photos of all stains in case we need to charge the guest for ruining sheets. They are exceptionally good at getting stains out and saving sheet sets. They are good at taking photos of anything that looks broken in the unit so that I can open a claim same-day as guest check-out. They have a solid management team that is focused on getting their maids trained upon the properties so that they are cleaned properly. If you need a company that can do multiple cleans same day look no further. I definitely recommend Maid to Order to other property owners.

First off, this was a gift from my daughter. They showed up at 9:25am for a 9:00am appointment for which I got numerous emails reminding me that my appointment time was 9:00am. I received a call at 9:07am from the cleaning crew letting me know that they would not arrive for another 20 minutes. Showing up on time is the first impression a customer gets of your business, especially the first time one uses a business. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them to anyone.

"This was at Christmas time and our office is by the mall, we did what we thought needed to be done but it wasn't enough. I even gave 50% off in price so I don't know why for price. I call her daughter and she even thought her mother was being unreasonable. I offered a free clean to try and show her we really want to try and do our very best but was not able to convince her that during this time of year traffic is unpredictable. Joanne"

To all the ladies at Maid To Order, I just want to say "thank you for coming to my rescue". After loosing the people who have cleaned for me for over a decade, finding someone who I can trust to come into my home and make me feel comfortable was extremely difficult. After many attempts to find the right company to meet my needs I finally found Maid To Order. I have a 6000 sq.ft. home that is very special to me, and requires special attention in many areas, and that is exactly what Maid To Order provides me,,, "special attention"! Ever since Diana and Jen have come into my home and my life, things have just worked out for the best. The trust and appreciation I feel with Maid To Order is just the beginning. It went great! The housekeeper noticed on her first visit that I had deep rooted water stains on the sink basin in the master bathroom. FOUR people had tried to clean it previously, including a previous housekeeper. She remembered to bring something special with her when she came for her second visit, it was environmentally friendly, but very strong. She got that sink basin back to perfectly sparkling white porcelain without any trace of that huge stain that FOUR other people could not get out! I could not believe my eyes! They always show up on time and do a great job and they like what they do, they take pride in their work. Everyone is friendly, the office staff included. I always refer them to friends and family who need a housekeeper.

I had a great experience! They were cleaning house, generally, but went above and beyond to scrub off deep embedded water stains in the porcelain sink in my master bathroom that had been there for years. There is not a trace of it there anymore - it was a miracle! The first visit, the housekeeper noticed the stain and said she would bring something with her on her second visit to clean it. It was very thoughtful for her to remember and for her to do it. It was really going above and beyond the call of duty!

They were outstanding! Very detail and punctual. Very well respentative of there work. They done an amazing job. 1st maid service I didn't had to re-due there work. Love the safe green products they use which is quite effective and safe around my kids and bunnies. I am having them service my uniit on an ongoing basis. I would highly recommand them.

We have been using Maid to Order for the past month on a bi-weekly basis. The team they have sent out is Jenni and Kristen do a fabulous job. Maid to Order has made sure that the same two professionals come so they are familiar with my home and what needs to be done. As I have knee replacements and cannot get low to the floor, they take extra care to make sure my floors, corners and every area of my home is clean. They do an incredible and complete job and leave my home sparkling!

I had two women for a little over two hours, which worked out perfectly for my size house. Very dusty from keeping windows open a lot. They cleaned all the hardwood floors (vaccumed, mopped) baseboards, ceilings fans, etc. Plus the kitchen and 2 baths. The house feels CLEAN. They did an excellent, thorough job and I would not hesitate to use them again. Also, they bring their own equipment and products, which not all services do, you have to ask.
