Chuck and crew did an amazing job on our pool and deck for an amazing price. We intereviewed no fewer than 10 pool resurfacing guys and Chuck came in at the second lowest bid (the guy with the lowest bid literally has an F here and with the BBB). Almost all of the others came in at $4500 and up just for the resurfacing job.. Chuck did our pool resurface, prepped and resealed our deck, and demolished an old hot tub and remaining cement mess from an old brick grilling station all for $4900. Everything came out looking perfect and far exceeded our expectations. When other contractors were telling us we needed to spend another $1000 to replace the tile around the rim, Chuck suggested he could refresh it by skimming it over with fresh grout - a service he offered us as no charge! He was right, the tile looks like new again.. he even replaced a couple of tiles that he found missing (also no charge). During the process of remodeling our whole house, Chuck is the one person we hired that has worked completely autonomously. He finished the job in 6 days and his guys were there every day that didn't rain, and even one that did (they constructed a tarp tent over the whole pool to keep going). Everything was completed on schedule and on budget with zero surprises. Since he finished, he maintained the pool chemicals for about a week and coached us on how to take it from there. With the money we saved in choosing him, we are considering having him convert our pool to a salt water system. He is honest and will never try to sell you something you don't need and will also tell you when something is purchased cheaper online than through him (as he did when we enquired about an automated pool vacumm). The next time we have a pool related project, we'll skip interviewing 10+ people and just call Chuck.

I arranged an appointment for the following day. No one showed no one called. I called back to see what happened. I left a message for them to call and called the mobile contact number also. No reply. I finally got them today and got attitude about the whole thing, Not much attitude at first but then when I when I told her I was getting attitude I got a face full of attitude and was told they didn't need my business. I hope this helps some one else in this process. Every one makes mistakes an actual sincere apology would have fixed everything

I called M&M and talked to a woman and told her of my pool problem. 
A week later no one called me back.  I called again and left a
message.  The company never did call me back.

So far, they are doing really good.  I do not have any issues with them.  They have already gotten a lot done more than I expected in a day.  I went to them because I have already seen their work from a couple of pools.  I like the fact that this company is family-owned.

M & M provided a quality job and finished in a timely manner.  Chuck is very knowledgeable and can offer ideas to keep you on budget and still provide a good looking product,

Chuck was very informative and responsive to my questions before, during and after the pool was resurfaced. His crew did an excellent job on the pool and were careful with the area surrounding the pool.  Chuck spent time explaining what he needed to do and was very helpful
with getting the chemicals right after the resurfacing. We also converted to a salt system which he installed and got us up and running. The pool looks beautiful and the water feels silky.   I hope I don't need to but if I have any concerns with the pool I will be calling Chuck.

Their price seemed reasonable. They weren't as responsive as I would have hoped.

This company renovated by neighbor's pool and was referred to me by my neighbor. This is a family operation (Sarah and Chuck).They are slow to respond to phone calls, email (but always do). They did an excellent job, performed all work on time, and were very professional. At all times, I felt like I was dealing with quality people who were out to provide quality work, not rip you off. The work crew has many years of experience in the industry.

After searching Angie's List for swimming pool re-modelers, I called M & M Pool Finishers to get an estimate on a total pool and deck remodel. Before we owned the home, the pool had been refinished with a fiberglass coating, so I specifically asked if they worked on pools with that coating and was told that they do. The gentleman who answered the phone and took my contact information told me that someone else (I think the person who was to call me was named Chuck) would call me within one to two weeks to set an appointment time to come to our home. Because the company was highly rated by Angie's List members, I was extremely interested in them to do this job. Despite having my home number and cell number, M & M has not called me or left a message and it has been a little over a month. Certainly, I can understand if they do not want to do this job. I know the fiberglass coating makes it more difficult. However, I think it is not too much to expect a return phone call!

Excellent. M&M was responsive to our needs, did excellent work, was professional. All in all it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend this company.

I contacted M & M Pool Finishers to get my pool and deck resurfaced. They came and gave me an estimate as well as offered suggestions for some of the work. I just moved south and don't know much about pool and pool maintenance so they were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to determine exactly what it was I wanted and needed. And the price was in line with the other estimates. The service was great. The finished all the work on time and did a great job.

M & M had a ''space'' in their schedule and basically finished our pool in less than 5 days, because we were able to be flexible with their schedule. The crew was extremely hard-working, cleanup was great, and they all honored my no-smoking request. We gave them a key to the yard and were completely comfortable doing that. They added in mosaics in the steps for me as well, and provided detailed instructions about how to care for the new surface and water chemistry. Debbie gave us great suggestions for the finish and new tile for the pool (with samples), provided all paperwork as requested, and has been a wonderful resource. All the crew and crew leader (Chuck) were just wonderful. Our pool is beautiful! The cost was extremely reasonable and was the ''middle'' bid (one was 1000 higher; another was about 1000 lower). We would have work done by them again any time. Page of Happiness, PLEASE!! Great experience all around, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

This company turned out to be as good as the other reports in Angie's list led me to believe. They had some delay in starting for very understandable reasons, and they called me in advance to reschedule. The quality of the work was excellent, and when the weather created a problem mid-job, they were proactive in taking care of it. The pool looks great, and I feel sure that if I have questions or problems they are always willing to respond and be helpful.

First they answered the phone! In itself a rarety. The work estimate was complete and accurate. Everything was in writing. All of my questions were answered and all calls were returned promptly. I was kept informed of the estimated start-work date and what they were doing. They were excellent!
