They were excellent and they even helped me unlock the main control board so that I can use it with another service. I have passed them on to my neighbors. I am halfway between the Tampa market and the Sarasota market and it can be hard to find people that will come out to do service on my house, so that is a positive about this company.

Upon arrival early in the morning, they got right to work. I left to go to work so I have no idea if there were any issues or set backs. All I know is when I got home the system was perfect, I was given a lesson on how to work it, and they left. This was the simplest, easiest, and turn key installation of anything I have ever had. In an old pier/post home or a new block home - wireless is the way to go. No fishing wires or drilling holes anywhere. It is important to note they now service all of Tampa Bay - not just St. Petersburg.

The serviceman directed me to the box for the alarm system, which the previous homeowner had not told me. I don't think he was going to charge me for the service call, and he called his boss and they charged me 50 or 60 dollars just to put the plug in-- because I was trying to be nice. I didn't expect that for less than 5 min of work.
