I have used Tommy's services before and have been satisfied with his work. He is a one-man operation, so sometimes he's able to come right out, but this time he would be available in approximately a week. After about 10 days he called me and informed me he was available. He either came out that day or the next, I can't recall. I told him what I needed to be done, he made a list and went to the plumbing supply store (approx. $210 of the total cost), then promptly returned and started working. He did not leave until the job was finished as has been my experience with him before. I think it was after 7:00 p.m. when he was finally done. He always promptly returns phone calls. I called him after the job was done to ask about the "template" and he called right back and answered my question.
