 + -1 moreno one called back, so after another two weeks we called and after a lot of confusion, our order was located. they said that the chairs had to be sent back so it would be another four to six weeks. after four weeks we called and were told two and a half weeks. so today, two weeks later i called to ask about the order and was told there was an eta at their warehouse for july 10th. i then told them to just give my money back and i would go elsewhere. i was just told that that wasn't going to happen and they would deliver in july sometime after the tenth.
Description of Work: they have done nothing but lie to us. we bought a table and six swivel rockers in march. we paid everything up front. we were told four to six weeks max. after six weeks we called and they said the order was in and they would get back to us. when they didn't get back to us the next week, we called and were told that the table was in but the chairs were scratched and they would get back to us.

 + -1 morePre ordering went very well and they provided all of the information I was asking.
Description of Work: I contacted the company via email on 2 occasions. The first time I heard nothing back but on my second try the person responded very quickly and was very helpful even giving me a good suggestion about setting up delivery time. Their prices seem very reasonable and delivery I am told is just $99 no mater how much you order. Although I have not yet ordered from this company I will give them a try when I am ready to order outdoor furniture.
