Ā + -1 moreWhen we asked for a ''guestimate'' on the work needed, he replied 40K. He was then told that we intended to spend no more than that on not only the kitchen, but 2 baths, the patio and painting inside and out. He replied ''We could do it all for 40K.'' SOOO, were we going to be taken for 30K if he did the kitchen alone?? No thanks. He did not indicate any details of the work that would be provided and did not offer to write up a formal estimate.
