Kingdom Lawn Maintenance

At first it seemed to go well (from Sept-09 thru Feb 10. It "seemed" as if Juan was a professional. He had an OK manner. I am an out of state property owner & went with Juan because of his high marks on referrals. I wanted to trust that he would do the work that he was contracted to do. However, my tenants informed me (a little late) that since late winter, he had started coming to do the work less & less. As he continued to collect his monthly check of $75. without a problem. This went on all spring & into late summer. In fact my tenants finally told me that there were lawn workers stopping by to ask if we needed lawn maintenance. Needless to say, as soon as I found this out, I fired Juan. He left me with grass a foot high as I scrambled to find another lawn maintenance company. I would recommend not hiring Juan if you are an out of state owner like me.

Excellent!! The owner Juan was very responsive and professional from start to finish. He had his crew at my home at the aggreeded time and they worked nonstop for several hours. I plan on using his company for my ongoing landscaping needs! Excellent experience!!

He is excellent! He is a young kid who is just starting out. He is outstanding and good with plants. He is cheaper than others. He knows what he is doing and doesn't just hack at stuff. He is a nice kid. He will spend 2 or 3 hours on my yard. He does weeding and trims the shrubs as well as cutting the grass and etc.; he does the stuff that if one doesn't keep up on then the yard looks horrible. He comes to my house on Thursdays, and I pay once a month. I have a large lawn with lots of landscaping. He is so nice and such a hard worker that I can't say enough about him. If I need extra work done I let him know and he makes a time to come out to do the work.
