Also -- his designs were horrible. He did not listen to anything I wanted - the 1st design came back and I was like - what the ****. I ended up putting down masking tape on my living room floor in order to make my own design (I dont have computer aided software like he does). I figured out the design - that it would all "fit" in the space - and sent it to him. Yup, I did all the actual work! And it took MONTHS and MONTHS for him to put it into the computer and send me back the PDF versions. Many of his excuses were.. oh the computer crashed... will get to it ASAP. Ya right, I had to HOUND him to get anything. I've had other contractors jumping hoops for $100 -- and I paid him $2,200 !! This was just a horrible - and expensive - experience. You have been warned - stay far, far -- FAR away !!!
