I LOVE KATHY'S KORNER!!

My wife and I walked in with several 8x10 printed photos of our backyard. We asked to speak with Kathy when she had time.

When Kathy was available, she took our photos and listened to what we were looking for. Offering up different ideas and suggestions, we drafted up a sketch of what we wanted with lists of the palms, plants, etc...

Throughout the process of design, Kathy would walk us over to the different species she was talking about.

By the time we left, we bought 3 triple Christmas Palms and 2 Royal Palms for about 20% less than Home Depot or Lowes with all the expert attention we could have had. These palms represent on 1/5 of our total needs, but it's a start!

I strongly recommend going to Kathy's - this is a great nursery with years of local knowledge. Not to mention that Kathy is a lovely lady.

The last time I used them, they charged me $250. They are very knowledgeable about the plants that are native to the area that I live in. I will use them again in the future.

They help you immediately, and they'll answer any question you have about plants. They're quite helpful, friendly and attentive. I enjoyed working with them because they do have a lot of plant materials - flowers, trees, bushes, potted plants, orchids, etc. You have to spend your time walking around and looking at things, but they answered any questions that I had about what color blooms something had or how I took care of it. They were very educational, they weren't just out to sell you a product. They told you how to treat the plants, what sort of fertilizer to use, how often should I water them, told me what pesticides to use. They're like an old-time nursery where somebody would take the time with you and instruct you as opposed to a big box place where you're basically on your own, good luck.

We had a wonderful experience with this nursery and plan to use them again and again for any future landscaping projects! They were very attentive to what we were looking for (and for someone who knows nothing about plants, this was a plus! They made great suggestions). They delivered the two trees and planted them exactly where we wanted them. Were very timely about it and gave us good instructions on how to care for them. They even checked up the trees after a few months and made a suggestion to water one of them more than they had recommended because it wasn't looking too good. We appreciated that! The nursery itself is lovely and there is a lot to choose from. The owners/workers there are great. We will definitely do business with them again!

Kathy was simply wonderful! She is patient, knowledgeable and friendly! If you need some guidance about which plants are Florida friendly she is the woman to talk to! She knows plants! She also knows her palms too. After being with her I was ready to take the plunge and garden on my own again!

Excellent. They delivered what they said, when they said and were knowledgeable and took time to do things the way I wanted.

ONE OF THE OWNERS TOOK ME AROUND AND SHOWED THE CHOICES OF TREES THAT I HAD IN MIND. I WAS ABLE TO PICK 2 MATCHING TREES AFTER HEARING THE PROS AND CONS OF EACH TREE I WAS CONSIDERING. THE TREES WERE DELIVERED AND PLANTED IN MY YARD BY THE OWNER IN THE PLACES I DETERMINED. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME ADVICE ABOUT THE TREES I HAD PLANTED AND TREES I ALREADY HAD IN MY YARD. MY YARD WAS NEAT WHEN HE WAS DONE. I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD TREES PLANTED BY THIS NURSERY AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
