Julia was the sweetest agent and the BEST I have ever met.  She was extremely professional, efficient and her follow-up was amazing. She started with providing us a packet with an overview of St. Petersburg.  Every time we met she would have various houses that she thought were good fits and that we were going to see that day. Her online tool makes looking at homes and deciding which ones to see in person EXTREMELY efficient.  It took us 2 months but we found an amazing home.  The selling agent was a nightmare to deal with.  Julia  was instrumental in getting the deal closed.  I highly recommend Julia.  She is more than a real estate agent, she is now our good friend.
