+ -1 moreTHEY INITIATED THE ORIGINAL CALL BECAUSE I HAD WORK DONE BY THEM IN THE PAST. I TOOK OFF FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 12-2. NOBODY CAME OR CALLED. I FINALLY CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WERE HELD UP AT ANOTHER JOB AND THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. I TOLD THEM THAT I COULDN'T RESCHEDULE, SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AS SOON AS THEY COULD. THEY STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. I FEEL THAT THAT'S A SERIOUS DISREGARD FOR MY TIME. IF THEY HAD MADE A PHONE CALL AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN OK. THEIR WORKMEN NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE A TELEPHONE.
Description of Work: AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE ALMOST ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE TO SERVICE MY WALL HEATING UNIT.
