The service went very well. He was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He was respectful of my belonging. I trust him implicitly.

Ed, the plumber, pulled the dishwasher out and then re-installed it crooked.  I pointed it out to him and he said "no, that's the way it is supposed to be" (even though we have been using it for over a year and it was never crooked).  When he left I realized he did not put the piece of wood under the back that leveled the dishwasher.  I called the office and they were great about sending him back out the next day to fix it.  While he was here, I asked him to check the flow of the instant hot.  He took it apart, jammed a hanger inside to "clear it out", re-connected the unit, and pushed it back under the sink.  The water flowed for a few minutes after he left and then slowed to a trickle again.  I called the office and they sent Ed out again this morning.  Ed said he would try one more time but if it does not work then we should buy another unit ($600 is what we paid for it).  His tone and attitude were very poor and he clearly was upset about having to deal with the job again.  He jammed the hanger inside the unit again, re-connected the hose, pushed the unit back under the sink and stormed out.  The water flowed again for a short time and then trickled out.  I decided to take a look myself and discovered that the problem was not the unit at all--one of the soft plastic hoses was getting "crimped" when the unit was pushed back under the sink.  All I did was straighten the hose out and it works fine.  What a waste of money and time.  Ed was careless and sloppy in his work.  Would NEVER use him again.

I couldn't figure out where the stink was coming from. They broke into my sewer line and found the clog, which was actually on city property. They broke up the clog and informed the city for me. They came back a few days later and checked to make sure everything was still good.

I have used him for years and have always been pleased with his service. When I have had emergencies they get someone out immediately. Their prices are reasonable.
