Since we live in North Carolina, all communications took place via phone, email, and on-line eDocument signing. We were promised a 35-day close, but the Joyner team pushed through the process quickly and closing took place in 22-days! Susie was always quick to respond to the many questions we flooded her with. When asked by the Home Insurance provider what year the AC unit was placed into service, Susie made a special trip to the Condo to get the needed information. Above and beyond! This was my first time selling a home, and Susie Collins was an excellent choice to assist me with this task. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She was readily available and responded quickly to phone and email questions. It made me feel a lot less anxious knowing I had someone who I could communicate well with and answer all my questions. I appreciated her knowledge of the market and her expertise in handling our listing Susie is a true professional and I would definitely recommend her to any of my family and friends.

Susie Collins is the epitome of a professional real estate agent. I can be very demanding and ask a lot of questions, sometimes the same question repeatedly and we didn't throw a single thing at her that made her blink. In the beginning she offered us a packet of helpful tips, info, websites and processes that were to take place. On top of that she was on top of every oddball request and knew who to talk to about anything she might not be readily equipped for. Susie met us at five different houses, pushed us daily listing updates and helped us wrap our head around multiple scenarios and layouts that came up with each house in consideration. She went above and beyond every single time a request was made to make sure that request was fulfilled. I would and have recommend Susie to anyone looking for an agent with robust knowledge of the area, processes and list of contacts.

Failed to understand the basics of the contract.  Failed to return phone calls and emails from Buyer's agent.  Failed to meet deadlines for agreed-upon remediation of the property prior to sale (which ultimately itself failed.)  Generally curt, dismissive, and difficult in all phases of the negotiation.  We've sold and purchased several homes ourselves and with agents, with no issue:  this was the exception.  To such an extent that we left a voice mail at the parent-office of the real-estate firm to register our discontent.  No reply

Both the content and intended party for the review are accurate.
