The receptionist told me that Angie's List was not authorized to sell the deal. After ranting about Angie's List she gave me an appointment.

The man was supposed to come 9 and 11 a.m. He didn't come and I called the company and he said he was running late. He came at 5:15 and was upset the whole time. He tried to unclog the sink twice and left. I tried calling and of course her voicemail was full. Finally I reached her and she said she's send someone else out there. I waited until about 3 p.m. I eventually reached out to her and she told me the only person who could come out was the original worker, who I didn't want. She then said she'd just give me my money back.

"[Member Name Removed] we made multiple attempts to contact you to verify that you were home so we could send a plumber across town for your original time frame of 9-11 , since you didn't answer we sent him to another call . When you did call us back we sent him over right away where he worked on fixing the issue for almost an hour , he then told you that more work would be needed to complete the job , which you then denied the additional work needed . So Since we didn't get the issue fixed for you we gave back 100% of your money . I'm sorry we couldn't do more for you."

On July 7th I purchased plumbing services ($46 for drain cleaning) from James K Hafke Plumbing in Clearwater, Florida. During that process I was asked to provide three dates for service; they were Friday, Monday and Tuesday, the 8th, 11th and 12th respectively, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m.. As of Wednesday, July 13th, service was not performed nor contact even made with me by the company. The lack of quality of customer service by this company is not what I am used to from an Angie's list participant. I contacted Angie's list to request a refund which I promptly received.

I called on a Saturday, at about 2 pm. Dispatcher said they would arrive between 4 and 6pm. At 4 pm the doorbell rang! Austin and his helper, Chris, knew exactly what to do. They ran the snake, and cleared the clog. I also authorized a camera run, to see if there was some problem other than the usual paper product. When done, they used disinfectant to clean up the bathroom. The charge was exactly as quoted.

The drain pvc pipe was reinstalled from the inside of the house. We chose this option since it was less expensive and cosmetically appealing. The pvc pipe was routed to the outside next to the outside door. From this point the pvc pipe was connected to the outside fitting. Some cement work and caulking was perform and completed in a professional manner. We were very satisfied with their work.

I came home to Major Plumbing Issues when i found both of my bathtubs were filled up with sewage I called MrDrainPro from the ad in the paper to schedule service for Monday They said they could come Saturday Night with no extra charges , Sandy over at dispatch was very Polite and Informed me that Brandon was going to be here within the hour and he was , He ran his snake and within ten minutes had the issue resolved , He also put a camera inside the pipes to show me that there were roots in the line........... he will be coming back within a week to repair the bad spot in the line
