Great service

Took almost $2,000 of my money for a bad repipe job that had to be ripped out and professionally re done by another plumbing firm. Took my $500.00 on "warranty" work and there are no pipes to warranty. Owner does not have the respect to respond and instead chooses to ignore a certified letter to try to resolve this poor workmanship job. Off to small claims court. They took the money and ran.

My work was performed by Billy, who got it right for me. I have no complaints about him or the work he did. My complaint is the price. I paid $549 for 2 new valves. It took about 90 minutes. Never, never use the word "emergency" when speaking to a plumber or AC guy. Billy tried to explain that these were "standard prices". I don't care. My price was outrageous. Mr. Halfke could refund half of it and it would still be a bit high. In fact Mr. Halfke, that's what I'm asking you to do.

Had a leak in bathroom wall (a repeat of a previous leak not repaired properly by another plumber). David came on Aug 31 and gave me an estimate. I later accepted estimate and David came next day, cut through wall, and replaced leaking copper pipe section. I'm very satisfied with the job, professionalism, and fast service from Hafke Plumbing.

The only problem that I have with them is that they were expensive. They didn't provide me a copy of the video.

We've had problems with my kitchen plumbing for over a year. I thought that the price would be astronomical to get to the bottom of the issue, turned out that Mr. Hafke and crew located the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable! I liked them so much, that I hired him to go to my mother's house and resolve her issue.

It was fine. It was good. He was on time and professional.

I put in a request for a plumber in Angie's List in the evening and received a call 10 minutes later from a cheery woman. I booked a plumber to come out the next morning by 11am. I recieved email confirmation and updates. I recieved a text at 8:45am with a picture and bio of the plumber who would be coming out. I really appreciated that. Before he even arrived, I knew I was getting someone with many years of experience. Sal arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and easygoing. After he used a camera and snaked the sewer line, he informed me he could not remove anything or go past the blockage with his camera. He said it was mostly likely a city sewer line problem. He then called the city for us and told me to give him a call if they didn't come out and let him know what the result was when they did. I paid him for the 2 services and he left. He called at 9am the next morning to make sure the city had come out. They had not. He said he would call them again and within 30 minutes, 2 city trucks and Sal appeared. Sal spoke with the city and let them know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. The city then installed a clean out and fixed their pipe over the next 2 days that was causing our issues for the last 2 years including our house flooding once. We've hired other plumbers, replaced our part of the sewer line, and had the city come out in the last 2 years and the problem persisted. Sal went out of his way to make sure we got taken care of. That made all of the difference. I couldn't believe he came back out at no cost to us and he FINALLY got results. Thank you Sal!

David was my plumber. He’s is friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had an emergency weekend issue with a shutoff valve which broke off and was leaking. David completed the work timely and with quality. It only took him about 2 hours to do all 5 shutoffs.

They dug a 5 foot deep and 60 ft long trench installed pipe and 2 cleanouts. Very happy with the work.

Ken Rogers, the tech who came to the house, was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly during his first visit. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased.

The receptionist told me that Angie's List was not authorized to sell the deal. After ranting about Angie's List she gave me an appointment.

The man was supposed to come 9 and 11 a.m. He didn't come and I called the company and he said he was running late. He came at 5:15 and was upset the whole time. He tried to unclog the sink twice and left. I tried calling and of course her voicemail was full. Finally I reached her and she said she's send someone else out there. I waited until about 3 p.m. I eventually reached out to her and she told me the only person who could come out was the original worker, who I didn't want. She then said she'd just give me my money back.
