They were working @ my west neighbor's so my east neighbor & I asked if they could do some trimming for us. Jamie listened to us & made wise suggestions. We agreed on a very fair price. He sure knows his trees & exactly how to minimally trim the 3 live oaks. Some branches were over a fence & patio but they had the right equipment to do the job efficiently (The cherry picker is painted as a dinosaur!); the workers were pleasant & friendly. They even removed an old stump not originally mentioned & Jamie refused any additional payment from his original quote. I most enthusiastically recommend this company. PS: This company has the contract to trim trees along Gulfport's 51 miles of alleys.

They said they would be here at 9:30 am and they came much earlier. They were troopers; they were so honest and worked very hard. They cleaned up well. It was a very big job.

He advised me on the affects of taking off the branch on the health of the tree. He not only removed all of the massive plants, stump, weeds, etc., but graded the dirt and left it spotless. I would have done it years ago if I knew it would cost so little and look so nice.

I was not there when the work was done. When I came home, everything was done perfectly. The place where the two trees were planted had a nice retention wall for watering. The two large dead citrus trees were gone and the area was totally cleaned up.

The two trees that they picked up and planted for me were from a nursery in the area.

This was a strange incident. We have always had good work from people on Angie's list and have great relations with so many people on it. Even this company had done great work for us previous to this incident. Jamie had always been prompt and professional. But in the middle of a small landscaping job, he walked off in the middle, swearing at us (including the and quot;f-bomband quot;). We were stunned, especially since the error that made him so angry was relatively small and was his rather than ours. Trying to calm him down, I said it was probably just a misunderstanding and that we would be glad to pay him for any extra time or materials. But he kept insisting this was a disaster and it was all our fault. Nothing we said was helping, and finally he threatened to leave, so we shrugged and said okay. He departed without getting paid. We were speechless. The job is easy to finish ourselves, so in some regards, we benefited greatly and received free work. It's just not how we would have wanted it to end. As for the details of the misunderstanding, we specified, in writing, and quot;enough too soil for 10 inch raised beds, and quot; and we had explained that verbally as well. But apparently Jamie thought we just wanted the soil for the flower beds rather than for the bush area, too. So, we needed more top soil--which would have been an easy enough fix. Nurseries deliver top soil, and it's fairly inexpensive, we've learned (since we've had to finish the job ourselves). It was only noon, and all that was left to do was put the plants in. He was almost done with the job even though we were being charged for a full day's work. The total job would have been $750 for labor for the day, and Jamie had offered to let us pay it in two installments, which was helpful. But now, we realize we can easily do these jobs ourselves in the future.

He comes out to my house whenever I need him and he is in the area. I have been with James for a while now. I feel that he is very reasonable, friendly, dependable, and always keeping me informed. I have been very pleased with his work.
