PLUMBER EDDY FINISHED REMOVING THE DRAIN AND FLIP VALVE FROM THE TUB IN 15 MINUTES. HE MADE BUSINESS PHONE CALLS THE REST OF THE TIME HE WAS AT OUR HOME. HIS FRIEND WORKED ON THE SINK FOR 45 MINUTES. TOTAL WORK TIME WAS 1 HOUR. WE WERE CHARGED FOR 2 HOURS AT $92.00 AN HOUR WE WERE ALSO CHARGED A TRANSPORTATION FEE OF $50.00 FOR TECHNICIANS TO DRIVE 10 BLOCKS TO OUR HOUSE. WE WERE NOT GIVEN AN ITEMIZED BILL. WHEN ASKED WHY WE WERE TOLD THAT IF HE HAD GIVEN US AN ITEMIZED BILL WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY TAXES ON HIS SERVICES. WE WROTE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THIS ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED.
