The service was never finished and what ever was done it had to be taken apart. He did not work with a plan just with a sketch.

PETE HAS A LIST OF HOMEOWNERS THAT IS A MILE LONG THAT HE HAS DONE THIS TO. WE ARE PLANNING TO SUE TO GET SOME OF OUR MONEY BACK BUT EVEN IF WE WIN WE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING.
