Doug is incredibly knowledgeable and always responsive. He figured out issues with our system that several other technicians could not. He doesn't oversell or pressure and is honest. I wholeheartedly trust his opinion and have recommended him to my family and friends. On top of everything, he is a kind, genuine person. He works hard to make sure that it's right! He goes above and beyond to help.

It was very easy for us as we didn't have to do anything, but move our cars. Details were explained up front and selections were made. Doug is very easy to understand and doesn't try to sell you additional items, unless you are interested. Doug had been servicing our other unit the last couple of years. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Moved our install date up as our other unit kept freezing up and wasn't cooling properly. He also offered us a portable ac unit for the weekend in case our unit went down completely. I am a person that researches every service and company in depth. He took the time to educate me on the repairs that were needed on my system. We will be replacing our 19 year old system in future using Health Air Services as well. Highly recommend.

I have a beagle who barks relentlessly at every visitor. Not with Doug. Instead, that dog saddled right up to him without a peep and made a new best friend. I knew that was a very good sign. Doug arrived exactly when he said he would and was prepared to fix and address the items we discussed per the quote. Doug made sure to walk me through each step of the project he was undertaking so I understood what he was doing and why. There was no pressure to complete unnecessary repairs and no surprise charges. He even took care of service items outside the scope of the work in order to make sure things would continue to run smoothly. Healthy Air came recommended by my Realtor, Engel & Volkers, and I immediately understood why. Additionally, this vendor accepts credit cards, making it very clean and easy to have service paid for an done. Doug proved to be very efficient and went above and beyond to help my family out. If I need to use him in the future, I won't hesitate to call.
