Hayslips Landscaping and Tree

He destroyed my ranch style fence. He offered to apology just excused. He said it had termites but in act it had carpenter ants. He possible damaged my roof. He left a big mess in my backyard. He told me to have my children clean it up because that’s what they are for but I don’t have any. I paid him to remove the dead wood off the holly tree but he only cut a few off and left most of them there. Early on he had trouble with his chainsaw and he was yelling and cussing near his truck for the whole neighborhood to hear. The worst part of all is that my elderly neighbor hired him to remove oak limb and cut the dead off of 5 citrus trees. He showed up with a nonworking chain saw and she made the mistake of paying him in advance of $100.00 and he told her that he would be back to finish the work and showed up a few times with excuses. She requested her money back or to do the work and he did neither. He excuse a few times was that she wasn’t home but she specially told him that he could just do it whether or not she was home.
