Handy John Services

I've been using him for many years. He is there when I need him. He does what I need him to do. I would trust him with my home.

He showed up on time and did the work efficiently and it looks great. Got rid of the weeds, put down new mulch - would have taken me all day, no doubt. He cut back one of my palms, blew and took care of leaves that had spilled onto my rocks from the tropical storm and made sure any mulch that spilled over to sidewalk was taken care of. All in all, he did a great job and it was exactly what I needed.
I'd highly recommend him.

Called to obtain quote for spring cleanup and weekly maintenance. John drove by to assess the job and called me promptly to deliver an estimate. We had a lot of leaves and pollen that needed to be hauled away but no major issues. Agreed to $125 for initial cleanup and $80/mo for weekly maintenance (bi-weekly winter). He stated that he does not mulch. John worked on the yard alone and spent about 5 hours or so cleaning it up. He mowed, trimmed the hedges, gathered and hauled the leaves, cleaned off our back patio that was full of leaves and pollen, and blew off the driveway and sidewalks. We have four oaks and several pines so it's a lot to keep up with. He did a good job and we would use him again.

John is a great guy to get to know if you need anything hauled. He was courteous, prompt, friendly, prepared and got the job done in minutes. He is definitely going to be tagged as favorite and recommended to the property manager at my condo association. He also sells deviled crabs (his sister makes them) and I just have a good feeling about these crabs I ordered after meeting John.

John has done a great job cleaning my yard and hauling the junk out from the prior owners. He is currently doing my weekly yard maintenance. If you want someone honest, works hard and does a good job at what you want done , then John is the person for you!

He is very punctual, which is very odd in that business. He does a good job. He is also personable. There isn't much more that you can say.

John did a great job on my neglected yard, the cleanup was exellent.

We needed a new yard maintenance company and found Mr. Williams on Angie's List. When he came to give us the estimate, he immediately noticed things the previous company had not done, like whack any grass trying to come up through the driveway. He is quick, meticulous, and he has started coming every week, working around summer rains to make sure the lawn gets mowed.

He did a good job overall. We had to caution him about weed work around trees but once we did, he corrected the problem immediately. We use him monthly and will continue to use him.

He does a fine job and cleans up well. He is friendly. I would use him again.

HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB CONSIDERING HE DID ALL THE WORK BY HIMSELF. I DON'T KNOW HOW HE DID IT, BUT HE DID, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE TO HELP ME GET THE YARD BACK UNDER CONTROL. I FEEL MUCH BETTER THAT THE TREES ARE TRIMMED OF DEAD LIMBS. IT WAS LONG OVERDUE.

I CALLED HANDY JOHN SERVICE ON A TUESDAY. JOHN WILLIAMS CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I SPOKE WITH HIM WED. TO HIRE HIM FOR THE JOB AND HE CAME OUT SATURDAY TO DO THE WORK. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB HE DID. JOHN HAD TO TAKE DOWN PART OF OUR FENCE TO GET THE HOBY CAT INTO THE YARD. HE PUT THE FENCE BACK UP JUST THE WAY HE FOUND IT. HE CLEANED UP EVERY THING, EVEN USED A BLOWER ON THE DRIVEWAY. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK JOHN WILLIAMS DID, AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
