Who knew computers can be such fun? Henrik was great - knowledgeable, ethical and reasonable. He's the guy I'll be calling with my computer concerns from now on.

Installed all my software, transferred my files, gave my new windows 8.1 computer the xp desktop look I am familiar with

Laptop computer screen crashed. Dropped off computer with H M for him troubleshoot. Computer was bad but H M was able to recover all hard drive information. Backed up hard drive and made house call to install all recovered information onto new desktop computer. Updated windows 8 to make it more user friendly. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services. Thank you H M Electronic Repair!!

This computer technician diagnosed two problems with my desktop computer and quoted a flat fee for resolving both. He accepted my purchase of a spare part from my own supplier, which I then took to him, and performed the installation and then the resolution of the second problem (software related). He was prompt and knowledgeable. He fully resolved the difficulty that I originally described. I will use his services for future computer problems.

I bought a new desktop that same morning and rang Henrik to ask if he could install it. Despite the fact he had a full day and was leaving town the next day, he promised to fit me in and arrived that same afternoon. He was extremely cheerful and efficient and transferred the files I needed and hooked up the new machine and loaded them onto it. He also gave me a new lead to connect the printer and made sure everything transferred OK onto the new Windows 7 operating system. He set up an email system for me too.

Henrik came exactly at the time he promised. He navigated a rather obtuse website for updating Garmin GPS maps. It took a bit of time, but he completed the task and charged me by the task rather than by the hour. This was a savings to me and very much appreciated. Henrik is professional, quick, very knowledgeable, agreeable, and well groomed. It is always a pleasure to watch the skill with which he performs his work.

Henrik has done major repair work on my computer and DVD recorder in the past, and so I call him whenever I have any kind of problem. He is always very quick to come over, he works quickly and professionally, but also will slow down and explain anything in detail that I might have to do for myself in the future. He even lets me write procedures down as he slowly explains. He is up to date on all things electronic!

Henrik answered our phone message and was at our home within a half hour of our first call. It turned out that he was close to our home when we called, and so he came right over. We called him because we were unable to dub from DVDs or VHS tapes to DVDs. Henrik spent some time examining our eqiupment and checking certain functions while he was at our home, and then took the recorder with him to try a thorough cleaning at his workplace. He returned the equipment early the next week, and it was then that it became evident that the problem was not caused by equipment that needed cleaning, nor was a replacement part a solution. The recorder was not repairable. Despite the bad news, Henrik was knowledgeable, professional, neat, patient, very pleasant to deal with. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he had done. We were very impressed with his expertise. We felt he had earned the fee charged, and we would definitely call on him again for help with electronic equipment problems. An added plus was his happy demeanor and good sense of humor and his sense of fairness.

Henrik answered my voice mail message the same day and scheduled the appointment around my schedule. He called me in advance to confirm the appointment and arrived exactly on time. He went right to work and found and corrected my problems quickly and efficiently. He then used his "super scrubber" to search for hidden viruses and clean up both computers and then back up the systems. Since I had him work on two computers he multi-tasked working on one while the other was processing. He never wasted a minute! I have him check my computer aobut every six months and consider it money well spent!

HM was honest and said the VCR was very old and really not worth fixing - he removed the back to show me all the problems. He said he could remove the tape and splice and said he may have a used VCR to sell. I agreed re tape removal/splicing and did not want a used VCR - figured I may as well upgrade from the 1980-ish VCR I had.

Henrik is a one man show who not only knows computers inside and out he knows electronics equally well. I have used his services several times and was never disappointed. He is punctual and thorough, going the extra gigabyte (LOL!) to clean up the entire system. His rates are exceptionally fair, if not down right cheap.

He's an extremely nice, polite person. He is always the same! His work is excellent and guaranteed!

I have all of my data (pictures, email, documents) on my new computer. Everything is working fine.

HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING WITH COMPUTERS. VERY PERSONABLE. HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED HIM FOR ANOTHER JOB.
