Gulfcoast Electric & Lighting

I was having the worst day ever. My hot water heater had been dripping and now it blew. I turned the breaker off and closed the water supply valve. I had a Tankless Water Heater that I was waiting to install, now I was forced to have it installed. I called a propane company and a plumber to install it. I didn't realize that it needed electric to fire the igniter. I called Gulfcoast Electric and explained that I was in a jam and they showed up within an hour after I called. They tested the "Main Breaker" after I told them that it wouldn't reset. They told me that the Main had blown and needed to be replaced. We waited for 2 hours for Progress Energy to show up and they didn't. Gulfcoast pulled the meter and installed 2 lugs to get my power back on for the night. They ordered the Main Breaker that was needed for my service panel. Gulfcoast came back the next day and installed my new main breaker they also removed the old 220V (2-30 amp breakers) that went to my old hot water tank and installed 2 new breakers for free. They ran a new hardline wire to my New Tankless Water Heater, reinstalled the meter, inspected all the connections and turned the new main breaker on. I now had permanent power in my home and my new tankless water heater was working perfectly. They did a great job and I can't thank them (Bret & Ed) enough for coming to my rescue.
