"Unfortunately, the Member has chosen to downplay all the positive outcomes with regards to repairs accomplished for her by our company. These repairs were done expeditiously and yes, professionally by our company. These repairs are not limited to but include: -pool pump starite maxe pro -a propane gas heater -pool vac rebuild along with various replumbing with valves on her system. I refute the grades in which she evaluated us as being inferior and/or mediocre. The equipment which we installed were of top quality and were installed within a period of just a few days. Compare this with our competition and we will achieve superior marks. On more than one occasion repairs were accomplished the following business day after her request. The problem in question was a check valve issue in which we believed we had resolved her problem of her spill-over spa draining when her system was off. We made a service call and removed various pieces of debris which inhibited the check valve from functioning properly. Unfortunately, I did not realize until the last chemical service day after which she chose to cancel service that she still had a problem with the spa draining into the pool. I do 60 pools on this day and I had been getting to her pool after the system had started until this final day. I got to her pool just before her system had started and the spa drained down to the return lines. Had I known this previously we would have installed a new check valve. The Member's claim(s) have no foundation and I regret the loss of her business. We will continue to strive for customer satisfaction. Regards, Blair"
