Pierre was great!  He had a great eye to improve the look of our house and got out grime that I couldn't.  We will be using his services again in the future.

  Pierre (tech) Professional, Friendly . Pierre arrived on time as contracted . I would give this man no less than an A+ for the job entailed. Pierre worked all day ( didn't see him take a lunch ) . He went over certain areas then would stand back and look at the area and if not satisfied would redo the area until it looked like new. My wife and I were very impressed. From early morning till almost dusk . The roof never looked better. I would highly recommend these people to any friends or relatives in the future. As to be expected , after the job was finished my fairly clean driveway was full of red dye from the roof not to mention the small oil leak from Pierre's jeep. Pierre tried to wash down the driveway the best he could when he finished but the next morning in the sunlight between the driveway and the windows around the house , they both need a good cleaning.  I will call the owner Kim Douglas to see if I can again obtain her services at again a fair price.  Thank You Kim and Pierre. 

I bought a 10 hour package and expected more work to get done than was accomplished. Worker came out expecting to spend the whole time on the roof and that's what he did. He was not interested in talking to me about what I expected or wanted. He had his marching orders and my input wasn't needed. He was rather rude to both my wife and myself. He spent more than an hour setting up another hour putting his stuff away. I had used this firm before and based my expectations on prior work but seems like company may have been bought out and I had no experience with the individual performing the work. At the end of the day I wanted him off my property never to return.. Work he did was good, he just didn't get enough done.

I was first given an estimate by the owner of the company, Kim Douglass. A perfectly lovely woman whom I
wanted to do business with.
Pierre, arrived at 8am and started work immediately. The roof and gutters and pressure washing 3/4 of the house
took up the first day. He arrived at 8am the next morning and finished up the outside and then worked on the porch.
Polite, professional and extremely hard working.......and Pierre tidied everything up!!
I am delighted with the work he did.
A few days later a friend dropped by and asked what I had done with my house it looked fantastic....my roof was so shiny!!

Kim came on time and a scheduled to do estimate, very thorough and professional.  The work was done when promised, very good job.  We had very deep rust stains on the sidewalk and Kim came back and applied some treatment to bleach the stains out.  We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. 

The work went very well. Good job overall. I am pleased.

Professional job of cleaning and pressure washing sidewalks. Would highly recommend this company. Did not try to sell me on additional work on our house saying everything else looked good. I appreciated their honesty.

They pressure washed the exterior of the home, roof, driveway, and pool deck. They are timely and affordable.

I found Grime Busters in your list called and found out he could do work the same day.  I didn't even have to be there.  Dan cleaned mold and dirt off a tile roof of our rental house that hadn't been cleaned in years.  It was totally black.  He did a beautiful job. It is pale terra cotta again. One would never know it had been dirty.  It was important that low pressure be used and Grime Busters provided that service.  They also knew NOT to walk on a tile roof and did all their cleaning from the ground.  It was a small one-story three bedroom, but they use ladders for larger or two-story houses.  I paid by credit card over phone.  All in a few hours.  I so recommend Grime Busters.

The price I received from Kim was 1/3 lower than other estimates.  I called her on Thursday and she was able to complete the job the following day as she had a cancellation.  The job was professionally done, and I will definitely refer them and use them again in the future!

They did a fantastic job overall. Their price was very reasonable and the work was performed as promised. Our tile roof was extremely dirty and it required them to come back out to hit the small edges again - no problem . I will definitely use them again.

They cleaned my tile roof well and did not break any tiles. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Job was much tougher than expected, yet, they just put the additional time in and
did an outstanding job.  They planned on a machine wash but ended up doing
a complete hand held pressure job.
