He's been great. He charges $948 a year and we paid the year up front. He gives us a spreadsheet every time he goes out there of what tenant let him in, which one didn't, what house was absolutely filthy, who keeps it really clean, so he's our eyes. I've been managing this apartment complex for 20 years and he goes above and beyond anybody else that I've ever used.

I will use them again when needed. They were extremely thorough. I was very surprised on how much time he spent with the inspections. The scheduling was pretty easy. They sent one guy out to do the job.

Joe Mizell has frequently done pest control work for me in the past 4 years. He has always been over and beyond such as fixing a rockety gate at no cost.
He comes always on time and cleans after himself.
