Frank was a little late but he called in advance. He and his assistant were polite and professional. I originally wanted to wax the bedroom floors also but Frank took the time to demonstrate that a few deep stains on the floor could not be completely and effectively removed and would only show through after waxing. I was happy that he was honest and reduced the price based on the revised work plan.

MET WITH FRANK AND FOUND HIM TO BE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY STARTED WORK AROUND 2AM AND STRIPPED THE OLD WAX AND ADDED 3 COATS OF NEW WAX. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS PRICES AND QUALITY OF WORK.
