Fantastic work and the plumber who can out was amazing! I really enjoyed the overall experience in what was a stressful situation I felt that the pricing was not clear to me in that each plumbing would be charged $250k, resulting in $1,250 for about 2 hours work. I was very satisfied with the work and tried to be as nice as I could be but feel surprised by the sticker when the plumber was already out at my home. Just ask questions on costs before engaging anyone moving forward. The guys were good people and I don’t no mind paying a little more for great work on an Easter weekend… just communicate with me so I am not surprised!

Please find another plumber! I was charged $600 to replace two hose bibs on the outside spickets. I was shocked but paid it because I did not realize I was getting ripped of. The tech eemed friendly and sincere which is their greatest deception. It wasn't until I had a different plumber come for my toilet that I found out how bad I was taken advantage of. The new plumber was really upset because he hates dishonest business giving plumbers a bad name. I saw the reviews. While Flow Pros might have a lot of high stars, it might be because people do not realize they were robbed. Read the rest of the 1 & 2 star reviews. It sounds a lot like mine. I read their replies also, which never addresses their cost issue. How about a refund !? Flow Pros- the Lord will Rebuke you!

*Look below for Flow Pros Plumbing 2nd review* Feb, 2024 I'm relieved to have found Flow Pros Plumbing! I'm trying to handle plumbing issues at home from out of town. Stephanie was a very pleasant surprise after calling other companies. I was able to have someone at the house the next day! My husband was very pleased with the work and the technician Donavan that came to the house. I called the next day and booked them to replace our water heater (knew it had to be done & was different issue from prior day). That phone call with Stephanie was just as pleasant and easy as the first time. We will definitely be using Flow Pros Plumbing for any/all plumbing issues from here on out in our home. Update: Donovan was there promptly as scheduled to replace water heater. I was not present but, my husband was full of praise for the work that was well organized and completed in an efficient time frame. We will continue to use Flow Pros Plumbing July 11, 2024 Flow Pros Plumbing - Plumbing Heroes Again! 5 Stars Again Lets just say I wasn't having a good day, errands, appoointments, over extended etc. and to find a mysterious large puddle in my bathroom. Looking closer, I find that I have a hairline crack in the toilet tank, UGH! I knew exactly who to call, it was a relief having Flow Pros Plumbing to rely on. My first call was with Jasmine. Very pleasant and said she could get someone out right away however, I wasn't going to be home. So she set up for the 1st thing next day and explained the plumber would come out and evaluate and go from there. I told her I was pretty sure I'd be replacing the whole toilet. She assured me that it could/would be replaced the same day but reiterated it would be evaluated by the plumber, still relieved though. Just as the first time, I immediately got confirmation of my appointment and the day of got consistent updates for who the plumber would be and when he'd be there which put me at ease in a stressful situation. Then the magician walked through my door introducing himself as "Joe Rayno from Flow Pros Plumbing". The most professional and helpful plumber I've ever met (our last rodeo w/Flow Pros was with Donovan while I was out of town but my husband spoke very highly of him too). Back to Joe, he listened to my wishes/wants to have the toilet replaced (it's 30 yrs old), diagnosed the cracked tank but also pointed out a few minor things that I was aware of but not thinking about regarding our needs. Joe explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience and even offered helpful tips of information in conversations that I wouldn't know (btw, he's a great conversationalist). On top of being efficient while working. I felt confident about all the repairs including him saying "the toilet area will look cleaner than when he got there". Who says that about a toilet area? I'm thinking "they all say that" And I'm a tad o.c.d. so I'll just say Joe certainly proved me wrong! It was beautiful! I couldn't have done a better clean up. Joe had such a postive attitude, even being caught in the rain, he still wore a smile and had an awesome demeanor that turned a plumbing nightmare into a pleasant experience. Sorry if you held through my wordy experience but I just have to strongly express that if your looking for a company that goes above and beyond, look no further. Flow Pro Plumbing's expertise, effeciency and genuine customer service ~ perfect combination. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Joe! (with the red cape :)
