The drip pan for my A/C was filling up and dripping into my garage and wetting the garage ceiling. This occurred a few days after I had Graham Heating and Air Conditioning come out to perform a maintenance special they were running for $39.95. Coincidence? I really don't know. I called them on Saturday, Oct 10th, and the repairman arrived at my door on Monday AM, saying he just got the message. He told me the drip pan was to small for my air handler, and the whole unit needed to be reinstalled.

Installed in 1hr. Worked very good. My car was built in 1939, I would recommend his co. I plan to hire him again for my daughter's air work.
