+ -1 moreVERY BADLY. I feel there's some underhandedness going on at Five Towns. It would seem that "investors" are getting top picks of the low priced, newly listed properties, and all in all, there's just too much of it going on. It's supposed to be a 55+ commuinity, not an ongoing opportunity for investors to make money by buying cheap and renting out at healthy profits.
Description of Work: A realtor who looked out for me in the negotiation, and did what I wanted them to do. She did not and I lost the purchase.
