We provide full service Pet Sitting services; Overnight Pet Sitting and Dog Walks. Our Concierge Personal Services provide conveniences to make your life easier; such as, running errands, pick up service, dropping pets at daycare. The cleaning service provides one-time cleaning services for move-in, move-out or you'd like to freshen up your home. Our staff are thoroughly background checked and are instructed in providing the specialized services offered by FairyDust. Our business office is open Monday through Friday. We operate our pet services and concierge services 365 days year, including all holidays, and are available 7 days a week for contact regarding pets. Licensed, bonded and insured. In business since 1995. Member of National Association of Professional Pet Sitters; Pet Sitters International; Association of Residential Cleaning Services.

Donna has an amazing Pet sitting business and I feel completely at ease leaving my two senior dogs in her company's care. The first time she came to meet the dogs she had them won over in minutes. She explained all the services and reviewed the Pet Care agreement. We then walked through a profile that I had filled out prior to the visit. She gave complete bios of her entire staff and matched us with a sitter that she felt would be perfect. They were both enamored with Jorge as well. We had worked with two other companies prior to this and I didn't feel comfortable at all leaving them for more than one evening. Now I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and if I need to go a way for a few days or actually take a week's vacation, my dogs will be well cared for!

We have had our house cleaned by Fairy Dust for the past three years. They have always done a great job and Donna is very professional, responsive, and accommodating. We always have the same person cleaning our house (with the exception of switching from one person to the other about a year ago, as the first one was moving on) and this helps develop a comfort level with the cleaner. We have also appreciated how loving they have been with our pets, both our older pet who passed away and our new, very energetic puppy. Donna was able to switch around our cleaning days several times when we had unexpected events and visitors. Overall a great experience.

The owner came for a consultation so that we could decide on the best program for my cleaning needs. She then sent me a full description of what her agency’s service could provide and the cost based on my apartment. Upon choosing among schedules (weekly, monthly, etc.), we set a date for monthly cleaning. The person assigned to clean my apartment, a studio, is friendly, professional, timely and efficient. I am very happy with the service. I am also glad that they use natural products. (The proposal includes a list of all the cleaning products they use.) It helps me against allergies which I can get from conventional cleaning products.

Phenomenal service - Donna is a professional who takes great pride in the care she provides to pets (and homes!). We felt like were were leaving our cats in the care of a trusted family member who sent adorable photos of our happy cats every day.

The owner, Donna Brown, was friendly & professional on the phone, knowing the questions to ask to determine what was needed & explaining the cost of a one time service vs. a regularly scheduled service. The representative of Fairy Dust arrived on time with all equipment & products needed. She did a thorough job, treating my home & belongings like I do. She was able to accomplish more in 2 hours than I usually take an entire day to do. If you need a cleaning service, Fairy Dust will leave your home clean & you happy.

I've been using Fairydust for a couple months now, at the the recommendation of a neighbor, and am happy I chose them! I love coming home to a clean house and I know they take special care of pets while they are working (including being careful not let indoor cat out!). Additionally they use all natural cleaning products so harsh chemical smells to come home to. I highly recommend these cleaning services!

We hired Fairy Dust for midday visits for our new member of the family. Everyone who has taken care of our puppy has been great! They are very thorough and communicate any and all information necessary for your pet's needs. We have continued to use their services for a couple months now and it has been a lifesaver!!!

It was great, as always. I have been using Fairy Dust for pet sitting for a couple of years now and I know my house full of furry babes are safe in their care. Donna is very communicative and send pictures and updates and the sitter that stays always leaves a note on how things went during their stay.

I have 3 dogs, including a very elderly, brand new rescue Chihuahua and whom I did not want to kennel. I am new to St. Pete, so I decided to do some research and met with Fairydust. The owner is meticulous when meeting with you, getting a detailed history of your dogs and details about the house. When I came home, the house was exactly how I left it with a nice personal note from the dog sitter, Harry. The owner texted me on a regular basis with pup updates (pup-dates?). I will definitely use them again.
