+ -1 moreWe should have known better. Exteriors by James did a previous paving job for us and was consistently late. His price was more reasonable than other contractors, so we decided to give him a second job, involving paving, electrical and construction of a wall. That was a mistake. If you hire this company, be prepared to insist on a deadline for every facet of the job and a financial penalty if not performed.
Description of Work: No work was performed. We invited an estimate in July 2005. It took weeks of badgering Mr. Borycens to get an oral estimate. In February 2006 we still do not have a written estimate and Mr. Borycens is getting ever more inventive with excuses. We fired him.
