From demolition of the existing master bath to punch list completion, the project went very smoothly, on-time and on-budget. Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace.

Another great job by Mark Ellis and Euro Flooring. This is the fourth job I had done by this company. They are professional from top to bottom, start to finish. No delays, no excuses. They show up when promised and do what they promise. Quality of workmanship is superb. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Mark is a great contractor to work with. His suggestions and guidance go a long way to ensure you get a beautiful result. He and his workers are punctual and professional. Workmanship is of high quality. I have used Euro Flooring before and I will use them again.

The installation by true craftsmen exceeded our expectations. The did not leave the job until each detail was done to perfection. The company stood behind and were attentive to all aspects of the project through completion. Very pleased overall.

Mark came out to give us options for the type of flooring and design best suited for our needs. We scheduled a start date and the work was done promptly and professional. I've recommended them to friends as well.

Mark delivered on Price, Quality and Service: His price was very competitive. The quality of his materials is excellent. His worker groups were coordinated in sequence and showed up every day, did quality work, did it quickly and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Mark immediately corrected any issues along the way. He promised that the project would be completed in 4-6 weeks. It was completed in 5 weeks!

Mark, arrived at the time he said that he would to measure and let us choose the from the flooring samples. He was very helpful with his advice. The install crew arrived on time and were professional and efficient with the install of the product. IF YOU DON'T TRY THESE FOLKS, YOU'RE CRAZY!!!!

Mark was very helpful in the planning and selection of our tile and design. He convinced us to replace an adjacent section of tile which was absolutely the right decision. We love our new flooring and it really updates the look of the house. The finished job looks fantastic. The bathroom looks gorgeous. Mark Ellis was very nice when he came and we discussed the specifics of the bathroom. Every member of his team was professional and showed up on time. There were a few slip ups that Mark Ellis easily remedied. The first was that when they were taking out the drywall they put a hole through the bedroom wall. Mark immediately came over and told his guys to patch the hole and paid my painter to repaint the wall. The second slip up was that the window sill tile was supposed to match the bathroom step tile. It was a different color. I immediately called Mark and he remedied the situation the next day. The third slip up is that a permit was supposed to be pulled when a new shower pan is installed. He kept telling me that most of his clients do not have a permit pulled. I told him that as the contractor on the job it was his job to pull the permit since it was required by the county. He finally agreed with me to have the permit pulled but not until the floor was poured in the shower. The plumber had to take the floor off and then get the permit. It delayed the job by about a week. Again, once I pointed out the error to Mark Ellis he remedied the situation. if you use this company, make sure you make them pull a permit!! I cannot say enough about how nice and responsive Mark Ellis was to me. I would recommend using this company. Next year I will be using them to do my hall bathroom.

Everything came out beautiful! It looks like a bathroom in a magazine, breathtaking. Mark was excellent to work with and was prompt about responding to any questions or concerns that arose. If we had any last minute changes, Mark addressed them and gave us excellent advice and guidance. We would definitely use this company again!

It went great. Mark measured and provided a fair price. Chris did the work professionally and without a problem. He cleaned up everything and removed all of the old flooring. There was no mess left behind.

It could not have gone better. Mark Ellis was the general contractor who coordinated the work of floor installers, electrician, painter, plumber and handy man. The work was done on schedule and per the estimated cost. Mark and his crew were professional, courteous and very timely. The quality of the work was excellent. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Even though the room is a simple square, Mark came out to check my measurements and brought a sample of the tile so I could see how it looked in the room.  He also came out to the house to check on the finished job.  He and the installers were always punctual and courteous.  The installers, Fred and his helper, did a great job.  This is the second job they did for me and both times they were very professional and obviously take pride in their work. If you use Euro Flooring, tell them you want the two Albanian guys to do the installation.

 Butch, the team leader, supervised all from the initial demolition to the final clean up. He arrived promptly the first day and gained our complete confidence. We were never disappointed. He made sure of that!  He monitored every detail and consulted us with choices.  His patience with our paint color wavering was unending! He reassured us that his job was to assure that we would be satisfied now and in the long term. We enjoyed having him in our home.
The entire crew were delightful to work with and a pleasure to have in our home.
The tile setters are true artisans! They actually invited  us to set chairs up to watch their work! Exquisite!
The plumber was a first class professional- another person we enjoyed in our home! He got every thing perfect and also was extremely considerate and tidy.
Our experience with the team rep who measured and installed our highest quality frameless heavy weight ,spot resist shower enclosure was superior. 
The entire crew were respectful of our condo strict regulations and were recognized as such by our neighbors.
In all, we have the highest regard and respect for Mark Ellis and his crew from Euro Flooring and Design in St. Petersburg. We have recommended them to our family, friends and neighbors.

They did a wonderful job for me.  They are excellent and do excellent work.. I am always very pleased with the work they do.  They redid my bathroom and did some interior painting.

Mark Ellis the owner met with us in October and worked with us to determine exactly what we wanted to do.  He helped us select tile, flooring,  countertops, and sinks  After talking with Mark we also decided to replace our 20+ year old high water use toilet too.

About 10 days later, Mark's crew (all long-time employees) arrived and set to work.  Out came shower walls, old carpet, toilet, vanities, countertops and sinks. 

Over the next five weeks everything was rebuilt with care and precision.  There of course, was a lot of dust and mess but Mark's crew was as careful as they could be. Like most people who remodel, we had our share of "while you are at it..." requests for Mark.  He and crew were unfailingly cheerful and willing to do the extra work we wanted done.  That being said of course the job cost more because we wanted more.  Fair enough!

Mark and his crew had to be creative a few times, for example, the bathroom was originally carpeted and we wanted wood grain vinyl l flooding.  This left quite a gap between the new flooring and the baseboards. Mark's crew installed quarter round molding which solved the problem and looked great.

When the job was nearing completion, I wrote out a long list of little things I wanted corrected, touched-up etc.  Everything was fixed just as I wanted.

The finished bathroom is just gorgeous!  The shower stall has beautiful tile walls and floor with a glass wall on one side and big glass to replace the original door. The granite counter top is beautiful, and the new water conserving toilet works absolutely great.(They've come a long ways with those!)  Mark uses Moen fixtures; great quality and beautiful.

Euro Flooring came to us highly recommended and now we see why.

Euro Flooring had a large selection to choose from.  The sales person we talked to was very knowledgeable and was able to explain about the different tiles and which would be appropriate for what we wanted.  Once we signed the contract, the installers were ready to start within a week.  They were prompt and did a fantastic job.  We tiled almost the entire house, so there was a lot of intricate cutting around corners, closets and cabinets.  They were very careful and we could tell they took pride in their work, so there was no taking shortcuts.  They took a lot of time making sure the tiles were all level with each other so the floor came out perfectly flat.  This was a large project that took several days.  They cleaned up every day both inside and outside the house.  The final outcome was exactly what we wanted.

Very pleased with the end product....the workers were scheduled on a timely and coordinated basis...most of the workers were very good about clean-up , which was important since we were living in the house during the renovation....anytime there was a problem, Mark Ellis corrected it very quickly , which kept the project moving along....we were finished in 6 weeks....the project went extremely well because Mark Ellis, found out what we wanted and liked and brought everything to us for confirmation ( very helpful)....Mark has excellent taste and it made our life easy.....Like all remodeling jobs, we needed to watch for things that did not like and advised the trade person and/or Mark--it was quickly fixed or replaced (no questions asked)  ....a great experience and the end product is beautiful

Euro Flooring & Design Center work is first class from the first time Mark Ellis comes to your home to meet with you and discuss the various options in flooring and design to the installation and the end product.   We had Euro Flooring install ceramic tile in our newly remodeled kitchen, hall area and bar area.  The work is first class and done on schedule.  All questions are answered promptly and efficiently.  We would highly recommend Euro Flooring and use them again.

Mark came & gave us an estimate for removal of old shower door & install of new. We also ask about doing a black splash he brought us some samples to select. We picked stone. Removal of shower door and part of back splash were done on first day. They arrived on time were efficient and very neat. They took pride in their work. On day 2 they finished the back splash. The stone was so beautiful we decided not to grout as to not fill in all the nooks an crannies. They cut each stone to fit with beautiful beveled edges. Stone siles were installed on day 2 to prep the shower for the new shower door. The glass opening was measured and installed 2 weeks later. The door was a perfect fit. Looks great and is a beautiful addition to out shower.

The entire process of selecting the tile went very smoothly.  We initially selected three different tiles and Mark provided us with samples to view in our house.  Once we made our choice, the ordering procedure was simple.  We were called promptly when the order arrived, and when we went to pick up the tiles, a very courteous employee placed them in our car for us.  We receive a lot of compliments on the flooring and are very pleased.

Mark works as part of a team.  Butch is the first guy you see and he does most of the demo and all the clean up.  He is amazing!  Butch is extremely professional.  He is always on time and considerate.  He cleans up so well, you would never know he was even there.  I really don't  think there is anything he can't do.
The tile guys come in next.  For our master we had a gentleman from Al's flooring.  He did a beautiful job!  He was also on time, though i did have to figure our what time that would be.  It was always 9am.  There was a language barrier but he was very nice and like I said, his work cannot be beat!  We had some trouble with the tile install on our second bathroom.  THe positives: Mark was super fast at resolving the issue and getting the work done right.  As far as the finished product, it turned out beautiful.  so despite a small issue, I dont' have any real complaints.  The Plumber they use is Jeff from Advanced Plumbing Systems.  He does a terrific job.  WE even had to have inspections for our master done secondary to the scope of the work and the inspector was quite impressed with his work.  That being said, Jeff is not so good about scheduling his time at your home.  So if you need to know when he will arrive, you have to make that VERY CLEAR.  They also use THeta Electric for any electrical work that needs to be done and I don't have any complaints about them.  THey were very good and seemed to a compentant job.
Best part of the entire experience: Mark is very professional.  HE really cares about your project and wants it done right and he wants you to be more than happy with the work.  He doesn't disappoint.  YOu will be very happy.  Butch is an amazing contractor.  Like I said, he can do everything!  He is very professional, very nice and also works super hard to make sure you are in love with your remodel. YOu will be.  This company does great work!  We couldn't be more pleased.
