The work Eric does is great. My issue is only with the timliness of it. He was delaying installing the windows, and my son threatened to come in from out of town to file a lawsuit against him. This prompted Eric to get back to work. The last time he did any work for me was in November of 2010. It's now August of 2011 and he still has not come back to complete the work. I've been unable to get him back to finish up quite a few jobs. Again, I'd like to emphasize that the work he actually completes is great. My issue is with the timliness.
