Emerald in prior years has done a great job, however, the past 4 months work performance has been marginal at best. The keeping of lawn is great.
The workers are not consistent with the trimming of bushes and maintaining an even appearance. Constantly having to follow up, giving direction for the same issues with how to trim the shrubbery and when to trim everything.
For the money, not such a good plan.
