I DECIDED TO TRY ELITE. THEY SEEMED FRIENDLY AND ECONOMICAL. HOWEVER, I FOUND THAT THEY REGULARLY DID NOT GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. FREQUENTLY, MY TROUSERS HAD WRINKLES AFTER BEING PRESSED. SO DID MY WIFE'S PANTS. THEY WOULD REDO THE PRESS FOR FREE BUT STILL IT WASN'T THAT GOOD. THEN, WHEN DROPPING OFF ONE OF MY WIFE'S SWEATER WITH SOME STAINS, I POINTED OUT THE STAINS. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT GET THE STAINS OUT. ANOTHER DRY CLEANER DID. THE ALTERNATE DRY CLEANER MARKED THE STAINS WITH TAGS. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT ELITE DIDN'T DO. FINALLY, I JUST PULLED ONE OF MY SWEATERS OUT OF ITS ELITE BAG. IT HAD SOME KIND OF SILVER ANIMAL HAIRS ALL OVER IT. IT TOOK ME 30 MINUTES TO GET THE HAIRS OUT. THEY WERE NOT HUMAN HAIRS. SEEMS LIKE THEY THREW MY BLACK SWEATER IN WITH SOME OTHER STUFF. ANYWAY, NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WON'T USE THEM AGAIN FOR DRY CLEANING.
