handyman service
 + -1 moreHe did a variety of things for me, none were done correctly. He was doing some renovations in the kitchen and made changes to the plans I had given without my permission. He presented me with a license, and when I contacted the city to verify this they informed me that he was never licensed. He has a drinking problem which affects his work.
Description of Work: He was hired to finish work that was not completed by a previous contractor.
