"Hi (deleted member name), apparently there was some confusion when we spoke on the phone. You stated you wanted Weekly House cleaning and I informed you that we did not have a crew that could service you,( in your area ), every week, only Bi Weekly for a price of $75.00-$85.00 per cleaning. I usually am pretty responsive and always try to communicate with our clients. We could not service you every week as I had no crew with an opening in your area every week, it certainly wasn't that i did not want your business, I just couldn't take it at the expense of our current clients and their schedule. I am sorry if you felt ignored or put off. As far as your not thinking we vacuumed, Our vacuums sometimes leave lines sometimes they don't , it depends on the Nap/Pile of your carpet. However you were there watching them and I think it unfair of you to imply we didn't , even though, had we not Vacuumed it would have been due to your time being up and you would have had the option to pay for the extra Time.The deal you had was for up to 6Hrs of cleaning for $69.99 with more hours available if you wanted to pay extra. 3 girls for 2 hours = 6 hrs as stated in the original sale and also explained to you over the phone, If for some reason they could not finish in time "you" would have had the option to pay the extra time for them to finish. We had no way of knowing How dirty your home was or was not and tried to work with you to give you the most bang for your $69.99. Again you had the option to pay more to have a Complete Clean. I apologize that there was some confusion and assure you that had I known you had any issues I would have contacted you to explain and work something out.
