I think they’re honest. I had it towed into them and they got to it pretty quick. They worked on it within the next day or so. They had to do some work just to give me an estimate and then they found a few other things. They called and some I did want and some I didn’t, and it was not a problem. I’ve been going to them for probably 6 or 7 years. They are professional. I have never had to take it back for any of the things that it was taken in there. I felt very comfortable in what they do. I take it in, they tell me what it is and I’m fine with that. I may not like it, but it’s okay. I don’t go to any other place.

They were always meticulously honest. They never do anything without checking with me first. They never recommend anything that is not needed. I go to them for all kinds of advice on cars, and they are always willing to tell me which brands will be more expensive or not. They have 100% approval rating with AAA. They also will pick you up and take you home or to work, and also pick you up to bring you back to the shop to get your car.

We were so pleased with their quick response to our need and their price. We are also pleased that the repair has held up.

Their prices are competitive, they do really good work, and they are very honest.

I take all of my four vehicles there and they've always given me exceptional service. I probably spent $120 on their services three months ago. Their prices are very reasonable. They do quality work and the prices are reasonable for the work that they do. They are not the cheapest but it's the best quality that I have found. They're always very prompt on giving back the car or scheduling an appointment or any questions that I've asked. They're all around a great company to do business with. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

They had to regrind the brake rotors and install new brake calipers. The fuel regulator in the engine was bad, and they worked on that as well. T hey diagnosed it using a computer. I was kind of impressed. It was more money than I usually would have spent on getting anything fixed, but we haven’t had any of the new vehicles fixed much. They gave me an estimate, explained what was needed to be done, did the work, and it worked; I didn’t have to go back, which I thought was pretty nice. We had used them before and had also got a recommendation. I have not done a lot of shopping around, but I thought that the price was reasonable for the work they did. I would go back to them.
