Tom put in our garage door and opener 8 years ago, and he has been our garage door service provider since. I schedule him for annual service. He is punctual, and on the one occasion where a previous appointment ran over, he was in constant communication. His is personable, trustworthy, affordable and truly knows his craft. I can't recommend him enough. When I called and mentioned that our garage door was making a funny sound, he asked a few questions and had me text him some pictures. He was able to diagnose that one of our springs had broken by asking a few questions and reviewing the pictures. The next day he was here with replacement springs and did the installation in less than an hour. I wanted to submit this review because of how nice it is having someone you can really trust, especially with something I know so little about.

Tom was prompt, communicative, and efficient in his work. Honest, reliable, and thorough. Spent time explaining not just what needed to be done, but why and also how to prevent problems in the future.

Went great. The belt broke and when I called for a repair call he explained the belts have a lifetime warranty and I could get a replacement for free. Sure enough I got the belt and saved 150.00! On the service call he got it all installed and even adjusted my other door for the same service call.

Tom came out when promised and gave an estimate for the door giving me options for the style, color and type of door. He also gave me the option of buying my own door opener or having him get it but either way he would install it. He gave me a price which I thought was fair and I told him I would talk it over with my husband and get back with him. I called him a few weeks later and said I wanted him to do the work and he gave me a date when he could install the door. The date of installation came but there was a terrible storm and I didn't think he would show up but he did. He wasn't able to finish the job because of the storm but he came back the next morning and finished it. Was very pleased with the work and would definitely use him again.

After seeing how they installed a garage door for my neighbor and knowing how satisfied they were, I called for an appointment for myself. I knew I had a stripped gear, but they showed me I also had a torn belt. My 10 yr old unit needed replacement. I was given good information from them and purchased an opener. They came back to install it and were diligent, efficient, knowledgeable and did a VERY neat installation. They were very thorough and even made improvements on how the previous one was installed. I had total confidence in them and their talent and integrity. They have great prices and great service. I highly recommend them.

Explained the product/process and answered questions in an easy to understand manner. They called in advance of appointment time to let me know that they were delayed. They arrived ready to work.
