Don is wonderful; he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of everything involved in the process, including maintenance and preventive care such as humidity control.  He is also a terrific musician!

I called Korb's piano store on the morning of 7/3/2013. Don answered and after a few questions asked if he could come to my home and perform a tune up. He arrived on time. He took off the front of my upright Baldwin and did a complete exam. He advised that I need a tune up. He also indicated that a higher pitch could also be performed. But, added the difference in cost and sound would not make a big difference. I opted for a regular tune which he performed. It took a little over an hour during which time Don completed a full tune up. He followed by testing the sound of the piano. I was completely satisfied with Don's work and his professionalism. He provided very good information and advice. We made arrangements to have an annual tune by his store.

I've certainly used him for a very long time. He calls me. I think he is expensive.

Good. Very personable and professional. Got appointment in less than a week from the time I called. Arrived on time, explained what needed to be done (mine needed a little extra attention, due to not having been tuned in over two years, and having survived a move from North Carolina) and took care of it in under two hours.

The service is very good. He is very professional.
